Singleness and Infertility

The journey through singleness and infertility can feel deeply isolating and painful. Whether you're seeking therapy for infertility, counseling during a prolonged season of singleness, or support as you grieve the life you imagined, you deserve a compassionate place to process these complex emotions.

The Grief of the Unimagined

As someone who has personally walked through prolonged seasons of singleness and infertility, I empathize with the unique pain that comes with waiting- the complex emotions of being happy for your friends and family while also trying not to show the "dagger in your heart" pain you're feeling with every milestone announcement. It’s a unique kind of sorrow to mourn a life that hasn't happened yet. Watching others reach the milestones you deeply desired—marriage, parenthood, or a shared future—can make you feel left behind in a world that keeps moving forward.

This experience isn't just about what is missing; it’s about the quiet weight of the life you imagined and the pain of seeing that vision drift further away. Living in the 'not yet' or the 'perhaps never' is exhausting. Navigating the uncertainty of the future requires incredible resilience, especially when there are no clear answers or timelines. It is normal to feel stuck between hope and despair, or to feel like you are wandering without a map. While every story is different, you don't have to carry this burden alone. My hope is to provide a place where you feel deeply understood, supported, and free to process your story.
